do you offer courses to qualify for NJ referral salesperson to become licensed sales person?

Asked by: PLS36
With coming out of Referral status, you will need to complete additional hours as well as the 12 hours of continuing education hours due by April 30, 2021. The specific amount of additional hours is dependent upon how long you have been in Referral status. To better assist you, I would suggest you contact us at www.mckissock.com/contact-us/

To change from referral to sales agent -- NJ Real Estate commision requires me to take 30 credits in core and ethics. My courses in Your school only offers 24 credits in core and ethics. I am having problems with NJ saying I do not have enough credits.

Asked by: Tommy
You should check with the Board as they have very specific requirements to come out of referral status.

What is the difference btw the online and correspondence?

Asked by: LisaB
Correspondence courses contain a PDF of the course materials which can be downloaded via a link on the Introduction page of the course or from the “Documents” tab under the “Show Tools” menu option in the course. This PDF takes the place of the actual course content that students usually have to click through to reach the quiz/test. The student will read through the material and progress to the test whenever they are ready. In online courses, students will progress through individual pages of course content with quizzes after each chapter.

Does the Plus Membership include the correspondence courses? I assume the correspondence courses are online?

Asked by: Arborlea
Yes, the Plus Membership would include Correspondence. Correspondence courses are partially online; the reading material is downloaded and can be printed from your online account. Once you have reviewed the material and are ready to test, you log back into your account to take the exam.
