It is designed to fulfill the mandatory 4-hour Connecticut Appraisal Law Update and Supervisory/Provisional Appraiser education requirement.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to:

• Identify the federal and private entities involved in the appraisal regulatory system and each entity’s role 
• Explain the role and responsibilities of the CT Real Estate Appraisal Commission
• Identify key provisions of CT appraisal regulations 
• Summarize the licensing requirements for CT
• Explain the Supervisory Appraiser’s expectations and responsibilities 
• Explain the Provisional Appraiser’s expectations and responsibilities
